Salam kembali buat semua :-),

Syuh syuh syuh.. ni nak halau penyakit M yg dah dtg dr pg td huh! MALASSSSS sgt hari ni keja pun lambat2 jerrr buat :P ehehe... makan lauk belen dulangi LAUK BELEN buat bekal si kakak dgn abg g sekolah td sbb menu kat tadika hari ni NIKUJYAGA :D, sedap jugak pd tekak jakun mcm kita ni dan sbbnyer d publish jugak kat sini sbb ninja tu suke! dia kata sedap kalau sebelum ni buat asyik fail jerrr kang termasin termnanis ekekeke.... dah byk kali guna resepi ni baru lulus penuh ekekeke.. resepi asal ada letak mirin sejenis alkohol tp skip pun boleh sbb mirin ni asalnyer manis sbb tulah tak kisah kalau skip sbb dia dah ada gula tp rasanyer dah ok dah ni kena kat tekak kita niii :D.. Resepi ambik kat japanesefood.about.com ... dia mcm simmered beef n potato lah ni lebih kurang mcm sup pun ya buatnyer teramatlah senangnyer yg ni baru anak2 ninja yg pelik tu makan :D kita cnp jugak resepinyer kat sini pd sapa2 yg nak cuba.. :-) ross dah n3 dulu resepi ni tp tak cek pulak sumber dr mana.. :D

Ingredients:>> i make half portion

  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced beef loin, or pork loin, cut into 1 and 1/2 inch length pieces
  • 4 potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 lb carrot, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1/2 package shirataki noodles
  • 2 1/2 cups dashi soup
  • 2 Tbsp mirin>>Leh skip mana yg non muslim leh masukkan mcm biasa :-)
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce



Preparation:

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a deep pot and saute beef quickly on high heat. Add onion, carrot, potato, and shirataki in the pan and saute together. Pour dashi soup stock and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to low and skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface. Simmer until potatoes are softened. Add sugar and mirin and put a drop-lid. Simmer for about 5 minutes and add soy sauce. Simmer until the liquid are almost gone.

Makes 4 servings
