Hari ni bf dhn pancake jer! malas lah nak duk lama2 kat dapur yg mmgnyer hangat tuu :D, raanyer ramai org g cuti2, kat sini pun dr semalam cuti jugak cuti mcm org mesia kot! tak tahu pulak cuti apa, dah ada cuti tu cuti jerlah! Td pg bgn awal sbb nak clearkan baju2 semalam yg byk tuuuuuu.. sbb hari ni nak kuar g belanja barang2 kering sume jdnyer sah2 mmg tak sempat nak menggosok sume tu.. Resepi asal kat ALLRECIPE tp kita cnp dr umah MAMAFAMI jerr sbb semalam ni lah nmpk mama buat, lg pun mmg dah lamaaaaaa sgt tak buat pancake ni budak2 tak mkn sgt, yg layan abg sorang jerr, yg lain2 tu toast telur n sosej n salad jerr! ehehe... Tak leh bebel2 lama sbb nak kemassssss :D happy weekend sume!! :-) Mama, mintak izin n halal juga resepinyer ;-)
BLUEBERRY PANCAKE

Ingredients :
2 large eggs, separated
5 tablespoons milk
100g (4 oz) self raising flour
4 tablespoons caster sugar
pinch salt
100g (4 oz) blueberries (I used blueberry pie filling)>>same
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1tbs butter Melted>> i added
Method :
1. Place the egg yolks and milk in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Sift over the flour, caster sugar and salt and combine well.
2. Whisk the egg whites in a glass or metallic bowl until they form soft peaks, then fold into the flour mixture gently. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Drop 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the pan for each pancake, and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Flip and cook for a further minute on the other side.
5. Enjoy!
