Nmpknyer cuti sekolah d xtendkan lagi selama seminggu maknanyer hari isnin klau tak de apa2 leh mula sekolah itu pun tak sure kena tunggu panggilan sekolah lg dlm hari sabtu nanti ni baru tahu jawapan sama ada minggu depan leh mula sekolah atau tak.. ntahlah org2 baju merah ni huh!
KAK TIMMMMM!!!! betul kata akak, inilah kata2 kak tim ya `walaweiiii... rasa nak buat tendang kuat sekuat hati! ahahaha.. mmg best puding ni! nak2 mkn suam2 gitu dgn cream n starwberry yg masam2 tu ehehe... sume org sukeeeeee!!! dah habis pung! Resepi asal kat SINI, n kalau nak tgk versi KAK LG leh g SINI website yg sama cuma resepinyer sikit lain tp rasa ttp sama sedap!!!!! adooiiiyaiiii mmg tak leh stop! sedap betul cekelat yg cair tuu, hihihi.... Kita ikut resepi yg KAK TIM guna ya :D thanks kak! mcm biasa ni resepi asal kita cnp kan kat sini ;-)

RICH-SELF CHOCOLATE PUDING
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
- 1/2 cup caster sugar>> untuk sugar kita kurangkan :D takut manis sbb dah ada brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa, sifted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 50g butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- whipped cream, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/160° fan-forced. Lightly grease an 8cm-deep, 6 cup-capacity ovenproof dish.
Place flour, caster sugar and half the cocoa in a large bowl. Whisk milk, butter, egg and vanilla together in a jug. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Transfer to prepared dish.
Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa in a bowl. Sprinkle cocoa mixture over batter. Pour boiling water over the back of a large metal spoon to evenly cover pudding batter.
Place dish on a baking tray. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until pudding bounces back when pressed gently in the centre. Remove from oven. Stand for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with cream.
yeay... balik umah kak hana... singgah bangkok lak... skodeng puding dia ni... tadi dpt seketul brownies... ni dapat sesudu puding lak... yummy... hahaha
