Ginger Chicken In Oyster Sauce

GINGER CHICKEN IN OYSTER SAUCE

Salam kembali :-),

Hari ni bz sental 5 buah kipas! huh! musim panas ni kan dia cepat sgt berhabuk sakit mata kalau tgk sbb angin dia tersekat, siang2 kita mmg tak guna aircond, itu pun bil tiap2 bulan jgn citer kalau tak 500 ke atas mmg tak sah.. sbb tu seorang isteri yg baik hati kenalah berjimat cermat hihihi... kdg tu mmg panas sgt, just bukak aircond dlm 10 min kasi pintu sume tutup pastu off balik :D ngeeeee.... Bukan kedekut tp kena berjimat ahahaha....eh eh td kan dah kata isteri yg baik hati kan kan :D... Oleh kerana kita ni sibuk dr td, jdnyer masak yg simple tp sedap :-) Resepi dr Alongrozz mmg best n kita pun sbnrnyer suke msk mcm ni sbb budak2 leh makan cuma tang lada tu kita tak masukkan sekali cuma tenggek jer kat atas tu :D Ok resepi leh g kat umah ALONGROZZ juga, along mintak izin n halal resepinyer!! macehhh!! nanti kita antor ya :D

GINGER CHICKEN IN OYSTER SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Chicken - cut to small pieces
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Two Red Chilies*
3 cloves Garlic* (* pounded)
2" Ginger - slice like match stick shape
1 Big Onion - sliced
1 Green Capcicum - sliced
1 Tomato - cut
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce



METHOD:

1. Rub chicken with turmeric powder & a bit of salt.
Shallow fry in non-stick wok until just cooked (I want the chicken to be juicy not tough).
Dish up.

2. Reduce the oil to few tbsp & stir fry the pounded ingredients until fragrant.
Add in onions & ginger & stir for 1-2 minutes.
Add in fried chicken & the rest of the ingredients.
Dish up & serve hot.

    rajinnya ngemas hari ni. lap 5 buah kipas? huhu... bil aircond tu 500rm ke ika? atau duit bangkok.. seram saya dengar. huhu
    Ayam ni, memanggil2 saya jer. tengah lapar ni. agak2 nak cepat dinner nih. :D
