Apam Balik

Salam kembali ;-),

Lepas masukkan n3 ni mintak diri dulu, nak jg yg kecik tu, yg buat kunjungan akn dbalas dgn kunjungan bila free nanti ;-)..

Malas nak but kuih2 sgt tahun ni tp akn buat juga kalau sempat nak buat insyaAllah... Resepi ni ramai dah yg cuba n hasilnyer pun menjadik, tapi peliklah kitanyer apam balik ni tepi2 dia tak mo garing, kita suke kalau tepi2 dia garing gitu yg tengah2 pulak lembap ni sbb pan kita ni pelik sikit :D Resepi asal dr cik biskut OREO@MyR, mekaseh for sharing, mmg best resepi ni tapi jgn tanyer kita mcm kat pasar malam ke tak buat dulu baru tahu :-).. Mcm biasa ya cik biskut OREO mintak halal n izin kembali resepinyer :-)...

APAM BALIK

Bahan-bahan ( 4-5 orang )
  • 2 cawan tepung gandum
  • ½ cawan gula
  • 1 sudu teh soda bicarbonate
  • 1 sudu teh baking powder
  • Sedikit pewarna kuning
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1½ cawan air
  • Sedikit mentega/planta untuk mengoles
  • Bahan tabur : Kacang tanah yang sudah dikisar

Cara-cara

  1. Mesin gula bersama telur hingga kembang,
  2. Masukkan soda, bicarbonate, air dan pewarna kuning. Mesin lagi hingga sebati.
  3. Masukkan tepung dan mesin lagi sehingga sebati. (ADUNAN SIAP)
  4. Oleskan planta di permukaan kuali & tuangkan 1 senduk adunan tadi, kemudian nipiskan.
  5. Biarkan seketika & sementara menunggu masak, taburkan bahan tabur di atas.
  6. Apabila cukup masak, angkat dan dilipat DUA sebelum dipotong. Selamat Mencuba!

  5. Dah lama tak makan apam balik..snack kegemaran saya waktu kecil-kecil dulu 20sen sekeping lol
    Saya akan masak ma po tofu yang Ijayuji minta tempoh hari, minggu depan ye :)
