Arrrghhhhhh....! sya sgt benci dgn kuih bakar niiii sbb mkn mmg sah2 tak leh stop! makan masih angat2 giteewwww... n kerak2 masih ranguppp giteewwww.. nikmat betul hihihi.... Oklah, ni last n3 hari ni sebab apa????? sendiri mau ingat jgn malam karang kena tutup sume lobang sbb ada org yg sah2 akn ber speaker besar wakakakaka.... hai! wakarimashitaaaaa!! kore kara hajimaruuuuuuuu :D
Resepi dr umah KAK AYU SG, maceh mak ayuuu! sedapppppp bangettt ni! lemak berkrim disukai ramai, sapa yg nak angkat kain dulu wakakakaka.... opssss... tak leh lama2 ada KERJAAAAA :D.. Mintak halal n ijin resepinyer mak ayuuuu macehhhhhhh!!!! Jumpa lg minggu depannnnnn!!!! tuan umah nak tutup kedaiiii sbb esok bz ada budak2 dtg! :D hv a great weekend ahead everyone!!!! klu ada masa leh update sok sok ni kita update lah ya :D jgn dtunggu di depan cafe yg tutup nanti kena tangkap! ahahahaha...

KUIH BAKAR PANDAN

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of pandan juice(or water + pandan essence)
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 21/4 cups of coconut milk(450ml)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- green colour
- sesame seeds
BIJAN yg bykkkkkkkk.. KERAK yg kerassss ahahaha... jemput makan! air buat sendirik!
Method:-
1. Put all the ingredients in blender and blend.
2. Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil in 10" loyang
3.Preheat oven and put the loyang in oven. When the oil dah panas, put in the mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake@ 175 degress till brown or crispy.( I baked for 90 mins to get that top and sides brownish-burnt taste.
