Assalamu`alaikum wbt n salam ahad buat semua :-),

Sila jgn betulkan teropong atau kalender anda sbb mmg tak akn jumpa ank bulan di bulan march ^____^ Termengidam pulak dgn pineapple rolls kat rumah gert, tgk resepinyer pun senang dan bila dah buat ternyata sedappppppp! Boleh masuk list utk beskut raya tahun nii ececece.. eh? lupa ya, insyaAllah beraya kat mesia kalau takde aral melintang, doakan kita balik ya masa raya nanti :-).

Pukul 10pg nanti ada appointment dgn dentist, 6 month check up utk kakak n abg, giliran kita dah selesai n boleh senyummmm leborrrrrrr sampai tinga, ^____^ pastikan sume org cek gg ya, kita mmg dasar penakut kalau nak g jumpa dentist, serikkk woo masa dulu2 kena root canal treatment hanya org2 yg dah mengalami sahaja yg tahu :D takde lah sakit sbb pakar tp disebabkan kita dah tgk ank2 kita kena, diri sendiri kena tk nmpk sbb baring jdnyer nmpk lerr proses root canal treatment tu dijalankan, mmg seriau tgk gusi kena cucuk2 ehehe..rasainn!! Alhamdulillah da siap cleaning n polishing, no cavity :D melalut sampai citer gg ya? ehehe..

PINEAPPLE ROLLS/NASTAR
Original Recipe : JUN OF INDOCHINE KITCHEN

Ingredients: (utk lihat step by step boleh klik kat link Original recipe ya)

  • 300 gram butter
  • 80 gram powder sugar
  • 420 gram flour
  • 60 gram milk powder
  • 30 gram custard powder or corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 2-3 tbsp cold water – if needed

Filling:

  • 500 gram pineapple jam – recipe refer here


Egg wash:

  • 1 egg yolk with 2 tbsp water

Method :

1. Line the base of 2 sheet pans with parchment paper. Sift flour, powdered milk, salt and custard/corn flour twice and set it aside.
2. In a mixer bowl, combine butter and sugar. Cream till light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes, over high speed. Add egg yolk, one at a time. Beating well.
3. Add flour mixture into the bowl and beat over low speed until dough comes together. At this stage if the dough is too dry you can add a bit of cold water. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
4. Fill up the pineapple jam into a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F.
5. Roll out the dough. Work with small badge of dough at a time. Roll dough between plastic sheets to 0.3 cm thickness. Pipe pineapple jam on top of the dough. Roll the dough to cover up the jam completely.
6. Use a pair of scissors to cut them up into 4cm log and arrange on greased pan. Brush with egg wash mixture twice using small pastry brush.
7. Bake in preheated oven till golden, 20-25 minutes. Let cool and store in airtight containers.

    ada lagi tak,kot ada simpan sebalang hihihihi..rajin nyer buat roll tat nih..chinese mmg suka buat camginikan,
    ko tau jah semalam akak buat apam gula melaka lepas tengok resepi kat sini,pueh tonggeng tonggeng amek gambar,anak akak terdelete laa pulak pic tu..frust sungguh..
    mmg jadi lembut dan gebu gitu..

Dah cukup cung tuuu...dah rasa sedapnya, berkilat2 warnanya.., kak Amie paling suka tart, pilihan no 1 di antara banyak2 kuih, tak payah tunggu bulan puasa atau raya, kalau ada di kedai terus beli he he he... sebab tak pandai buat sendiri... Tq Ika, di atas semangat yang diberikan, insya-Allah Kak Amie dapat terima segalanya.
