Hmmm... tak leh ckp lebih2 sbb byk kerja ari2 tuan umah byk kerja hihihi.... Esok laling balik tp sampai malam jdnyer arini kenalah clearkan kerja2 yg tertangguh sbb esok sure menanti baju2 yg kena di gosok tp kalau agak2 malas melampau antar jer dobi :D
Ni menu semalammmm BUKAN ari ni sbb arini insyaAllah akn puasa sunat kalau sihat tubuh bdn sampai ke petang niii, tak de makan2 arr tgh hari niii ada dessert semalam buat tp nanti2 lah n3 byk kerja :D REsepi dr GERT, sedap bangettttt! neway gert, mintak izin seperti biasa resepinyer untuk di share kan di sini juga, marvelousssss ;-) thanks for sharing!

BLANCH OKRA WITH SPICY SAMBAL
Ingredients:
- 10 okras – cut the ends off >> kita tambah telur rebus, kacang botol dgn taugeh :D
Sambal – blended into paste
- 4 red chilies
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 ripe tomato – cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp dried shrimps – soak for 15 minutes
- Sugar and salt to taste.
- A lil bit Belacan>> i added
Method
1. Blanch okra in boiling water for 1 minute, drain well and set it aside.
2. Heat up frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry blended ingredients until fragrant and dry. Add in sugar and salt to taste. Continue to stir-fry until you see oil started to appears. Dish out and serve with the blanch okras.
