CAKOI

Salam n selamat pagi sume!!! ;-)

Satu hari kebizian semalam ni.. hari ni pulak kena g tadika kakak sbb ada meeting .. ikutkan malas sbb baru jer kuar semalam ni nak kuar lagi, rumah ni kalau ada renovate ke apa tuan umah tak d benarkan kuar takut brg hilang atau apa2 lah tp dsebabkan terpaksa kuar kena upah bbsitter sementara tuk jg budak kecit yg dah tak kecit niii hihihi.... Cakoi ni byk citer dsebaliknyer.. yg jd batu lah huh! kali ni jd tp guna resepi lain mcm resepi org melayu lah nii bukan cakoi jenis org2 cina dan siam itu yg rangup2 tuu ehehe... nanti akn dcuba balik guna resepi sky tp yg ni guna resepi lain.. resepi akn dupdate ya sbb nak masak bentou hihihi..... jom lah makan! bf dgn cakoi cicah sambal ikan bilis alalalalala..cedapnyer! Mekaseh ya tuan punyer resepi sedap! tp kita gabungkan sikitlah resepi sky dgn yg ni ekekeke.....


SPICY GRILLED CHICKEN

Untuk ayam bakar pedas ni kita guna resepi ayam bakar biasa jerr cuma tambah segala serbuk lada :D kasi kick sikit bila makan pedas2 gitu.. yg ni lauk semalam ya nak n3 semalam tak sempat.. :P bukan kedekut taww! :P resepinyer akn dupdate jugak lepas balik dr sekolah insyaAllah.. ;-)

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves



Directions

  • In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine the first 15 ingredients; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup for basting and refrigerate. Add chicken to remaining marinade and turn to coat. Seal bag or cover the container; refrigerate overnight.
  • Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, uncovered, over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Baste with reserved marinade. Continue grilling for 6-8 minutes or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times. Yield: 6 servings.
