Salam sabtu sume! :D

Hari ni lepas lunch laling kena g meeting, jdnyer mmg akn tersgt boringnyer kalau dia tak de hari minggu mcm ni, tak de org yg nak dibuat sakat.. Haish! Jom layan antara kek dgn bronis kita ni :D.. Nmpk KAK AYU SG publish n3 bars ni terussssss ajer zasssss g dapur sbb pisang kita pun ada lg 3 biji jdnyer boleh jadi separuh adunan ajerrr, sbb adunan ni mmg sikit jdnyer kalau buat half portion teramat sikitnyer hihihi.... tp ada bagusnya sekali makan terus abis! Yg layan pisang2 ni kakak dgn si kecik ajerr yg abg dia kurenggg dgn pisang2 nii...

Tapi peliklah, adunan cekelat dia chewy2 manja taw :D adunan atas yg asal lembut! wakakakaka... sbb tu kita kata diANTARA kek n bronis, sedappppppp!!!! buatnyer pun tak ssh mana, sekejap jer siap :D Resepi cnp dr umah KAK AYU sg, kak ayu ambik kat umah KAK JUN YUMMYLICIOUS cayang bucuk iteewwww :D resepi asal tak tahu :D Mintak izin n halal recipenyer kanda2 ku sekalian, macehhhhh!!! pas ni byk kerja nak buat maklomlah baru balik dr pasar! :D Happy weekend!!!! :-)

Ingredients:-

  • 1 cup sugar-(Ayu used 3/4 only)
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened-(about 113g)
  • 5 ripe bananas, mashed-(Ayu put more)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan (or, if you have a special brownie pan, go ahead and grease that...these pans are the best!).-
  • Beat sugar and butter in a bowl until creamy.
  • Add bananas, egg and vanilla and beat until well blended.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Add this mixture to the banana mixture and beat until well blended.
  • Divide batter in half. Stir cocoa into one half. Spread the chocolate batter into the prepared pan. Top with the plain batter; swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
