WARM EGGPLANT SALAD


Salam kembali :-),

uugghhh! ira ira suru haish! tgh sedap2 menaip boleh terputus pulak line huh! mmg dlm minggu ni takkan aman lerr nmpknyerrr, kata esok tp hari ni pulak dah terganggu ganggu connectionnyer, mmg menghilangkan mood org yg baruuuu nak bersuka riang berjalan sana sini :D.. Rice cooker pulak dah menggong, terpaksa beli yg baru, jdnyer hari ni dpt lg toy baru hihihi.... tak yah tyglah eak cuma rice cooker jerrr yg pasti made in japan lorr, suami org jipun wakakaka... brg pun kena made in japan kahkahkah... Esokkkkk kena g sekolahhhhhhhh! malassssssnyerrrrrrrrrrr...argghhhhhh!

Menu sayur yg sgt senang dan bagus dan sedap :D sapa2 yg antu nasu aka eggplant aka terung boleh cuba jgn takut2 gerenti sedap, tp rasanyer kalau guna minyak gorengan shallot pun sodapppp! Resepi dr khun tummy again, thanks tummy! leh g kat umah 3 HUNGRY TUMMIES jugak tgk versi yg lain :D terung kita ni lain pesen pulak jenis yg kaler pepelllllllll itam tuuuuuuu... kulit tak mo tercabut pulak haish! ke terung dah tua??? hihihi.... tp sedap sbb dah namanyer terung kan kan kan, campur dgn broccoli sikit sbb kita suke broccoli tp kena kedekut2 lerr sbb sini brocoli yg cantik2 mahal! :D neway tummy, mintak izin n halal resepinyer di kongsikan di sini juga ya :-), malas nak translatekan :P untuk gmbr pulak sori lah eak, beginner mcm kita ni mmg lem bap bun :D

WARM EGGPLANT SALAD

serves 4 as part of a Chinese meal
you'll need;

  • 1 kg of Asian eggplants
  • 4 tbs of garlic oil
  • 3 tbs of oyster or mushroom sauce for a vegetarian version
  • 2 tbs of light soy
  • 1 tbs of sugar
  • pepper to taste

Method:-

Prepare the dressing.

Cook eggplants til tender then drain and cool slightly.
Peel of the skin and mash it lightly with a fork to produce long silky strands.
Arrange eggplants on a plate and pour the dressing over.
Sprinkle with some chopped spring onions.
A delicious vegetarian side dish is ready. Serve it immediately as part of a Chinese meal.

I nampak this dish kat 3hungrytummies jugak. I thought of trying it out. May I know if you bake or steam the eggplants?
