Nasi MEntega Kismis, Acar Nenas n Ayam Masak Palembang

NASI MENTEGA KISMIS+ACAR NENAS+AYAM MASAK PALEMBANG

Salam ramadhan kembali buat semua ;-),

Sekejap jer dah masuk hari jumaat..kan kan kan pastu mulalah tuan umah ni ilang2 bila weekend ehehe... Oklah, hari ni kita tgk menu iftar semalam yg sempat dbuat juga, sesekali nak jugak mkn mcm ni, sedapppppp!!!, tp nak ikutkan budak2 kurang dgn nasi2 mcm ni oleh kerana kena paksa sbb pegang hanger masing2 mknlah jugak dlm keterpaksaan nak menghabiskannyer kikikiki :D, tp mkn dgn ayam goreng jer lah, ayam palembang tu pedas melampau hihihi... Beras basmathi pun dah habes, sblm ni ada tu lah buat nasi semalam ni punyer lah syg nak guna, haaa..ni dah habis mmg melopong abis ler kalau menu org lain guna beras basmathi :D

NASI MENTEGA KISMIS

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
4 cawan beras basmathi, cuci dan rendam 25 minit, toskan.
5 cawan air
1 cawan susu sejat "IDEAL"
1 kiub ayam "Maggi" (optional)
2 camca besar mentega
Garam secukup rasa
1/3 cawan kismis

BAHAN TUMIS :-)
1 biji bawang besar, didadu
2 ulas bawang putih, hiris
1 batang serai, dititik
1 helai daun pandan, disimpul
1 inci halia, hiris nipis
1 kulit kayu manis
1 kuntum bunga lawang
5 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 biji buah pelaga

BAHAN HIASAN
Hirisan daun bawang
Hirisan daun sup
Bawang goreng
Minyak Gorengan Bawang secukupnyer untuk dgaul dgn nasi>> yg ni kita tambah suke dgn aroma bwg goreng :D

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Dalam kuali, cairkan mentega, masukkan bahan tumis dan tumis hingga harum, masukkan beras dan kacau hingga mesra, masak 1-2 minit. Masukkan kiub ayam (hancurkan) dan gaul rata.
  2. Alih beras ke dalam rice cooker, tuang air dan susu, kacau rata. Tambah garam secukup rasa dan tanak nasi seperti biasa. Bila kering, taburkan kismis dan biar nasi betul2 masak. Gaul nasi dengan chopstik. Biar sekejap.
  3. Tabur bahan2 hiasan sebelum dihidangkan bersama acar dan lauk2 kegemeran. Selamat mencuba..

AYAM MASAK PALEMBANG

AYAM MASAK PALEMBANG

Bahan-Bahan
1 ekor ayam(dipotong kecil kemudian digoreng)
1 biji bawang besar dipotong bulat
200g bawang kecil dibuat bawang goreng-utk tabur
4 helai daun limau purut (saya tambah)
1 biji kelapa- diambil 2 cawan santan
2 keping asam gelugur
11/2 sudu teh garam
1 sudu besar gula

Bahan2 kisar
15 biji bawang merah kecil-(saya guna 1 biji bawang besar)
3 biji bawang putih
2 sudu teh ketumbar
1 sudu teh jintan manis
1 sudu teh jintan halus
20 biji cili kering
1 cm lengkuas
1 inci halia-saya tambah
2 batang serai

Bahan2 tumis:
5 kuntum bunga cengkeh
3 biji buah pelaga
2cm kulit kayu manis
4 sudu makan minyak untuk menumis

CARA PENYEDIAAN
  1. Ayam dibersihkan, dipotong kecil, dibubuh garam dan kunyit.
  2. Kemudian digoreng dan diketepikan.
  3. Panaskan 4 sudu besar minyak, kemudian tumis bunga cengkeh, buah pelaga dan kulit kayu manis. Kemudian masukkan bahan2 kisar dan tumis hingga garing.
  4. Masukkan santan, garam, gula dan asam gelugur.
  5. Biarkan santannya mendidih dan pekat sedikit, baru masukkan ayam dan bawang besar potong bulat, gaul rata dan biarkan mendidih lagi.
  6. Bila menghidangkan taburkan bawang goreng diatasnya.



ACAR NENAS

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
1 biji nenas madu kecil
2 biji bawang besar, belah 4 setiap biji
4 ulas bawang putih, belah 2 setiap ulas
1 inci halia muda, hiris halus
1/2 camca besar udang kering, cuci, rendam 10 minit, toskan dan tumbuk halus
1 biji lada merah, belah 2
1 biji lada hijau, belah 2
1/3 cawan cuka makan (mat guna jenama JALEN)
1/2 camca teh serbuk kunyit
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
1 kayu manis
1 kuntum bunga lawang
5 kuntuk bunga cengkih
2 biji buah pelaga
Air Nenas dm tin>>yg ni kita tambah

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Nenas dikupas, belah 4, buang empulur dan hiris sederhana tebal untuk setiap belahan. Gaul dengan serbuk kunyit rata2 dan ketepikan.
  2. Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali, tumis kayu manis, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, buah pelaga, bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia hingga harum, masukkan gula (anggaran 1 camca besar) dan garam secukup rasa. Kacau rata.
  3. Tuang cuka makan, kacau dan masukkan nenas dan cili belah. Kacau dan biar masak hingga kuah pekat. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api. Angkat dan hidangkan.
