Laksa n SELAMAT HARI KEMERDEKAAN!!

SALAM KEMERDEKAAN BUAT SEMUA WARGANEGARA MESIA!!! :-)

Kita di sini tumpang gembira, n tah niah buat mesia sekali lagi kerana dpt meyambut hari kemerrdekaan ni dbulan ramadhan semoga negaraku yg tercinta itu aman damai.. cuma sstgh manusia ajer yg tak merdeka lagi, sedih dgr berita buang bayi hampir tiap2 hari, semalam ada satu kes sangkut kat signboard beri laluan, aduhhhh, comel sungguh! sib baik umur bayi panjang, semoga DIA memudahkan perjalanan hidup bayi yg teranaiya tu insyaAllah..

Berbalik pd menu semalam, sbnrnyer sgt2lah tak de mood :-( bukan kerana raya atau apa2 atau gitu2 kita lencong lah ya, LAKSA resepi dr MAK KAK YAU SG, mmg super sedap! i likeeee! lebih kurang laksa johor tp cara yg ni lagi senang n sukelah rasa kuah dia! pekat dia mmg best! Kak ayu mkn dgn sambal tumis tp kita ni malas pulak nak menumis tp kalau menumbuk tu kita nak, jdnyer mkn dgn sambal belacan dah cukup menyedapkan! Macehhh mak kak ayu n KAK AYU!!! Mintak izin n halal reseinyer kak :-) cayanggggg mak akak! jan lupa mintakkan otograp! hihihi.. org2 oberC mmg dah biasa mkn laksa guna spaghethhi malah kita lg suka guna spaghethhi, selain tu leh gantikan dgn UDON tp kureng sikitlah :D

LAKSA

Ingredients:-
  • 1 kg laksa boiled and drained leave to cool-(1 packet spaghetti boiled w/ some salt & some oil)
  • 4 horse mackerel (ikan selar besar) boiled and take the meat, don't throw the balanced water
  • 3 tbsp kerisik
  • 400ml coconut milk (2packets)
  • *5 garlics
  • *2 inches ginger
  • *2 big onions
  • 1-2 dried tamarind sliced(asam keping)
  • 1 tbsp blended chili
  • 2 lemongrass crushed
  • 1 inch galangal crushed
  • 2 tbsp fish curry powder
  • water to estimate

  • 3 pieces fishcake sliced
  • 4-5 taupok sliced
  • 10-20 quail's eggs, boiled>>Ganti telur ayam jer sbb tk makan telur keck tu :D
  • 500g cockles boiled (optional)>>Gantik udang 2 ekor :D

  • Garnishing:-
  • blanced bean sprout
  • cucumber sliced thinly
  • laksa leaves sliced(daun kesum)
  • lime
  • big onion sliced thinly
  • sambal tumis

Method:-
Scrap boiled fish meat and throw away bones. Blend fish meat in blender with the balance fish water. Heat oil and saute all the blended ingredients*cili boh, curry powder, lemon grass and galangal stir well. Add in the blended fish and put in the coconut milk, water. Leave it to boil and add in dried tamarind, sugar, kerisik and salt to taste.Stir well, Add in fish cakes, taupok, quails eggs and cockles. If to thick add some more water. Leave to boil.
When ready, scoop laksa and laksa gravy top with garnishing. Serve hot.

akak dah bilang mak akak, resipi laksanya ada seorang di Bangkok dah try buat, and nak autograph dia..dia tersenyum simpul lor..hehe..

slm hri mrdeka ika..duk tgh buat apa tu..aloh la bznya kmaz ni..xhbis2 lgi dgn prjek ckut..maklum la bnyk umah nk dibhgikan..sdpnya laksa ika tu..pding jely tu pun sjuk tekak2..nti antor skit lauk2 yg ika dah msk ye..kmaz dah 2 mngu xmsk ni..main bli je..muahhh..
