Salam n selamat pagi sume :-),

Hari ni thai cuti umum tak tahu cuti apa asal kan cuti sudah lah kan cuti buat bekal :D.. Tak leh nak lama bukan kerana nak jalan2 tp si kecik dr semalam demam jdnyer tak leh nak jalan2 dulu sbb dia asyik merengek jer dr mlm td, kalau tak surut jugak kena g sepital, malas nak g sepital sbb skrg ni musim influenza mesti dia asing2kan mana budak yg ada demam+selsema+batuk lain bilik n budak yg tak de demam lain bilik itu lah yg buat malasnyer ni nak pergi2 sepital skrg ni.. tp kalau tk pergi tak tahu pulak kan.. Oleh itu jamu dulu dgn BANANA DATE BREAD ni dulu, nice combination date n banana sedap sgt walau dia ala2 kek bantat gitu.. :D Resepi ambik kat internet nanti kasi n cnp resepinyer sbb skrg ni sibuk nak layan dia yg dr td dok merengek jerr.. Tapi rasa mmg sedap! kita ni dok carik2 resepi roti guna pisang tp kebannyakkannyer dia kuar ginilah bukan roti tp ala2 kek gitu! huh! ok ok, dah bising jer tuu.. huhuhu...

BANANA DATE BREAD

Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 2 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 cup finely chopped dates



Preparation:

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a mixing bowl, beat the shortening until creamy, about 1 to 2 minutes with electric mixer. Gradually beat in sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until thick and pale lemon in color. Add dates. Add flour mixture and bananas alternately, blending well after each addition. Grease bottom of a loaf pan and pour batter into pan. Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 20 minutes then turn out onto a rack to cool completely.

NOTED>>Adunan dia mmg pekat jd adjustkan dgn fresh milk n fresh cream sampai adunan betul2 sedap nak dtuang :D.. Pandai2 adjust sendirik sbb kita lupa berapa byk kita masukkan fresh milk dgn fresh cream tu :-)..

MEnariknye!!! buah kurma i pon dah hampir kekejungan dalam gobok..kalau cukup bahan buleh buat nie..bantat pon takpe asal sedap.hehehe....

Hopefully si keciik cepat baik demam ye... sian die!

a great variety to habiskan stock kurma yg ntah dah berapa lama bertapa kat fridge..
