Ni menu berbuka semalam antaranyer lah kan, malas betul nak n3 hihihi.... Resepi yg best n sedap! senang laks tu bhn tak byk.. dekat sini ada lg satu makanan dia org yg popular fish cakes tp yg itu mcm rumit sikit, ada dekat internet tp tak mcm yg djual jual kat luar, katanyer guna ikan air tawar n mcm2 rempah daun2 ntah apa lagi ntah! Tapi mmg sedap.. Resepi dr 3 HUNGRY TUMMIES, tenkiuu tummy!! neway i cnp resepinyer kat sini ok, thanks again! MEnu ni mmg sesuwai buat budak2 mak bapak budak pun lagilah suke! Buat 1/2kg udang tak cukup! nxt time kena buat 1kg baru sume org puas :D. Hari ni tak g jalan2 jdnyer puasa lagi :D kita pkir lagi apa nak dbuat buka hari ni ya :D

FRIED PRAWN CAKES

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of prawns, peeled and rinsed (keep the heads and shells for other use)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 3 coriander roots, cleaned and chopped
- 1 tsp of white peppercorns
- breadcrumbs (I used panko)
- oil for frying
- cucumber and tomato slices to serve
- sweet chilli sauce or plum sauce to serve
Method:
- Pound garlic, salt, coriander roots and white peppercorns to a paste. This is also great as a marinade for bbq meat of fish.Add paste to prawns and blend in a food processor til you get a thick paste.
- Place prawn paste in a bowl and knead it til you get a sticky paste.
- Form prawn paste into little patties and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry in batches til golden and drain well before serving.
- Serve immediately with cucumber and tomato slices, not to forget the sweet chilli sauce of course.

Sebenarnya fish cake tu tidak begitu rumit, mungkin penbantu yang malas tu hehe.
Saya akan buat n3 fish cake tu minggu depan yer ?

balik pantai remis boleh wat niii... kat sana udang fresh.... hehe

udang???? oh!! no! no!...nanti tinga dengung2 lagik!!
