Salam kembali!!

Nak kena taip cepat2 sbb ni masih curik2 masa kerja kita iaitu buat bentou :D, dah siap masak tggl nak masukkan kat dlm bekas jerr yg abg punyer dah selamat dahhh tggl yg kakak punyer jer ni :D.. Ni menu lawan dgn ayam kat bwh tu.. I likeeeee pizza gemukk mcm ni, kenyang! sedap!!! Kali ni cuba kelainan sikit jerr sbb pengunaan wheat flour mmg sedaplah! pastu dlm adunan tu kita mmg biasa letak oregano kering bau dia wangi jerr.. Dan sos pizza pulak homemade punyer kalau guna yg botol tu cam ada rasa somting wrong tp kalau buat sendirik mmg sedap! Resepi kali ni credit to MAMAFAMI, mmg sedap!!! i likeeee, yg lain2 pun kata sedap! Penggunaan Mozarella cis jugak memainkan peranan penting, rasanyer beli yg sebuku then potong2 jgn sagat, atau pun jgn beli yg shreded nyer sbb rasa dia kureeengggg huhuhu... Ok ok, terbabas babas pulak.. MAMA!! mintak izin n halal juga resepinyer ya ;-)

Ingredients :

7 g active dry yeast
10 g white sugar
590 ml warm water (110 degrees F)
30 ml olive oil
20 g salt
60 g whole wheat flour
755 g bread flour



Pizza Gemuk! :D

Method :


1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water. Let sit until creamy; about 10 minutes.
2. Stir the olive oil, whole wheat flour, salt and 4 cups of the bread flour into the yeast mixture. Mix in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes. Lightly oil a large mixing bowl, place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and put in a warm place to rise until doubled in volume; about 1 hour.
3. Deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into three equal pieces and form into rounds. Cover the rounds and let them rest for about 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
4. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into the desired shape, cover it with your favorite toppings and bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for about 20 minutes or until the crust and cheese are golden brown.

Note :


1. I used my breadmachine to do the kneading right up to proving. The method is the same as all the bread/buns/rolls that I've made before.
2. For the sauce, I used this recipe but I omit the paprika and hotdog. Instead, I used the sliced beef peperoni that I bought from the Pasar Tani near my house. If I am not mistaken, it's Prima brand.




SOS PIZZA
Resepi asal dr DONUT SURIA

1/2 large onion ~ finely chopped
1 large tomato ~ chopped
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
a pinch of sugar
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Extra-virgin Olive oil

Enough hotdogs ~ sliced

Cheddar cheese ~ grated
Mozarella cheese ~ grated

Method :

1. Heat a bit of extra-virgin olive oil. Add in garlic paste.

2. Add in chopped onion and fry till fragrant.
3. Add in chopped tomato and stir well.
4. Add in tomato sauce, sugar, salt and paprika.
5. Arrange the pizza base on the tray. Spread a bit of tomato sauce on top and sprinkle a bit of grated cheddar cheese.
6. Put the cooked sauce on top, then the sliced hotdogs. Besides hotdogs, you may put whatever your heart desire, but my kids like it plain simple.
7. On top of the hotdogs, sprinkle more cheddar cheese and finally mozarella cheese.
8. Bake the pizzas in a pre-heated oven till cook.

Ika pun cat rumah ye... semua orang pakat cat rumah sekali harung... bikin mama confuse. Ingatlah salah rumah! Hehehe...

Terserlah ketembaman pizza Ika. Ma pun suka cam ni... kenyang sket. Kot kalau yang nipis tu, cam makan kopok je kan... tak syok!

Ika, if it's not much to ask, boleh alter sikit tak tang resepi sos tu. Sebenarnya resepi sos tu, mama tibai sendiri. DOH untuk entry tu yang guna resepi donut suria. Bukan apa, nanti Cikgu Suria confuse pulak, bila kala dia bagi resepi sos piza. Hehehe....
