Stir Fried Crab with Curry Powder @ Bpoo Pad Phong Gari

STIR FRIED CRAB WITH CURRY POWDER

Salam kembali ;-)

Hari ni mcm biasa nak lebihkan rehat dr buat kerja hihihi..pdhal pdhal.. phheewww.. tak yah citer mmg byk kerja :D.. Menu hari ni ketam sbb semalam masa g pasar nmpk ketam segar! Mhl pun tak lah mahal sgt tp dptlah 4 ekor isi penuh2 laks tuuuu, kerat2 bhg 2 dpt byk lg pun org2 kat umah ni tak layan ketam yg kecik2 malainkan soft sheel crab jerrr huh! payah nak jumpa kalau ada pun sure mahal gler!.. Oklah sebenrnyer leh ganti ikan atau udang atau sotong, dulu dah pernah buat guna sotong sbb ninja tu mmg suke sotong tp yg ni layan tekak kita pulak nak makan ketam :D.. Sgt pemes kat siam menu ni salah satunyer ya :D.. carik2 kat tenet jumpa yg ni mmg sedap! Resepi leh tgk kat SINI ya :-), sedap n senang :-)

STIR FRIED CRAB WITH CURRY POWDER

Prepare:

  • 1 big sea crab (about 600g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp. chili paste in vegetable oil>>tak letak pun ok tp kurenggg sikit
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 onion (cut into dices)
  • Red, green and yellow sweet bell peppers (one of each cut into dices)
  • 1 tbsp. Curry powder
  • 1 and 1/2 cup stock
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 groups scallion (cut 1 inch)
  • 2 groups Chinese celery (cut 1 inch)
  • 2 tbsp. red chili pepper (cut diagonally)
Resepi asal letak wine ya..



Method

1. Clean the crab very well. Pull out the shell. Cut it into 6 pieces and crush its claws.

2. Beat the eggs. Then add condensed milk and chili paste in it. Mix well.

3. Next, heat the pan with medium heat. When it’s hot, add minced garlic. Now, throw onion, sweet bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.

4. After that, add crab, curry powder, stock, sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and pepper.

5. Close the pan with its cover. When the stock dries out down to 1 cup, remove the cover.

6. Throw scallion, Chinese celery, red chili peppers and beat egg. Stir-fry until the egg is done. Turn off the fire.

Ika, akak kalo masak ketam always, ketam sambal or ketam santan telur, ni 2 jer yg tau..so next time leh try this recipe ek..

sedapnya ika,bila makan ketam ni kena pandai korek korek hehe,siap batu lesung sebelah nak ketuk sepit crabs tu:)

Mesti sedap ni!
Semalam mama masak ketam masak lemak. Purposely buat less pedas dengan harapan yang setinggi gunung Fujiyama, anak-anak mama akan makan dengan penuh berselera. Tapi meleset...it's the mom who's enjoying the crab the most! Fresh crabs lagi tau... apalah budak-budak ni... rugi tol... Hehehe...
