BENTOU@OMURAISU/OMELETTE RICE

Salam kembali sebelum hilang jap g ni hihihi.... :D

Ok ni antara menu kakak kat tadika, abg dia kureng sikit jdnyer hari ni buat bentou asing2, untuk abg buatkan hamburger :D, dan emak pun tumpang 2 tgn lah kan :D ehehe... Omuraisu ni biasanyer ank2 jepun suke mkn sbb rasa tomato sauce ank org2 jawa atau melayu tak tahu pulak ya mcm ank kita yg sulung ni dia tak minat sgt tang sos tomato tu jdnyer kalau buatkan dia omuraisu ni kena dlm lain rencah tak sama dgn kakak..leceh tulll ank mama huh! Resepi biasa rujuk sini daaaa... japanesefood.about sbb simple ada kita tmbh apa2 yg patut lah kan sbb ikut gaya kita kan :D... Sapa2 yg nak tgk resepi asal klik kat JAPANESEFOOD.ABOUT@ Omuraisu ya.. kat situ leh tgk ya :D kat sini tak leh nak letak ketchup dulu biar kakak yg tuang sendirik masa nak makan nanti :D.. Ni resepinyer kita cnp dr sana :-)

OMURAISU/OMELETTE RICE

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups steamed Japanese rice
  • 1/2 lb. chicken breast
  • 1 green peppers, chopped
  • 4 white mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • *salt and pepper to season
  • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
  • *vegetable oil for frying
  • 8 eggs

Dlm tak nmpk sbb tak leh nak korek2 dia punyer telur tu kang merajuk ank dara sorang tu hihiih... :D xtra ebi fry n kyuuri

Cook steamed rice (kita guna nasi semalam). Cut chicken into small pieces. Chop green pepper and onion. Slice mushrooms thinly. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet and saute chicken. Add onion, mushrooms, and green pepper in the skillet and saute together until softened. Add steamed rice in the pan and stir-fry together. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Stop the heat and add ketchup and mix well. Set the seasoned rice aside. Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Beat two eggs in a small bowl and pour the egg in the skillet. Quickly spread the egg and make a round omelet. Place 1/4 of the seasoned rice in the middle of the omelet and fold top and bottom sides of omelet over the rice. Cover the frying pan with a plate and turn them over to place the omerice in the plate. Repeat this process to make four omelet rice. Put some ketchup on top of omurice just before serving.


Haaa..yg ni lebih2 dia untuk kita makan sikit2 ni nanti :D buat sikit jer buat2 rasa :D

Salam Ika..Belum pernah makan lagi nasi jepun ni..tak berani nak beli...pasal pernah sekali gi kedai 100yen...nmpk beras jepon ni, nak beli..tetiba tokey kedai tu bagitau, yang dia jual tu jenis tak halal...(Alhamdulillah, walau pun dia chinese, sib baik dia prihatin pasal ni) dan dia cakap yg halal punya stok belum sampai...
oppppsss baru tau beras jepun ada yang halal n xhalal juga yaaa..lepas tu terus takut nak beli pasal tak paham apa dia tulis kat packing tu...dan dah lama tak gi kedai tu pasal jauh n pergi dulu pun kebetulan singgah jeee..

Ika, peria kecik tu slice nipis² (biasa k.sue guna sagat) n goreng garing²...Tak rasa pahitnya...Rasa cam makan ulam jeeee...itu kat lidah kitelah kannn....
